Eataly - Aside from the joints I mentioned in Fun Facts section, I find myself spending time a whole lot there too.  They also have cooking classes.

Angry Asian Man - Despite the title, he is not as angry as you might assume. Great resources for anything Asian American related.  Actually a very fun yet thought provoking read.

Larry Moss - Hands down, the best acting teacher of all time.I try to take his workshops whenever possible

John Dapolito - His “Acting-Niche” phenomenon is very well regarded in the industry and something any actors should check out. 

Clark Middleton (Apt 929 Production) - Probably the best On-Camera scene study teacher in NYC. While many "On-Camera" classes just do "audition technique", he teaches the real scene study using camera. He himself is a working actor who worked on many Tarantino films, Ang Lee films and TV shows.
